Summary of Trend:
This round of the military inspired trends focuses more on historical eras and the diverse cultures surrounding these events such as the Austro-Prussian war and the Napoleonic times.
Although a very masculine trend, which is emphasised with the trend being focused on the outerlayering and the heavy jackets, this seasons trend also focuses on the contrasting of this with feminine dress and lace underlays.
Key Items to add to wardrobe:
The military cape, pea jackets, the aviator jacket, dress coats, tulip skirts, maxi-skirts (especially in lace or sheers), slim cargo pants and military shirts.
