Tumblr - Lets Meet Some Of The People Who Tumbl

I have wanted to do a post on tumblr for a while but have just never gotten around to doing one.  But the day has finally come and here it is!! 

Almost every single human whom is apart of the Generation Y sector of society knows what tumblr is, has a tumblr, knows someone with a tumblr, or hates tumblr.

But for those of you whom are not apart of this mainstream part of society here are a few facts to start off with:

Tumblr is a social networking service which is very much silimar to blogging.  It has become known as a micro-blogging network allowing users to share pictures, texts, quotes, links etc.  

Tumblr has rapidly increased in popularity since its foundation in 2007.  Since then, usership has increased to over 3million users.  The networking service allows users to "follow" other peoples tumblrs that they like.  This allows you to keep up to date with their latest posts, very much similar to blogging (just on a smaller & simpler scale).

I have decided as a part of this blog i am going to post the links to some of my favourite tumblrs that i follow & also some interviews with up-an-coming & popular tumblrs.  One a day for a while.  Let me know what you think!
